Except nuts, all other grains have been sprouted, dry roasted and ground into a fine powder.
How to Use
- Add 100ml of cold water or milk and 2 tbsp of powder and mix until lump-free.
- Cook the mixture in medium flame for 10 minutes or until it thickens. Fruit purees can be added to the porridge to make it sweet.
- Stir the porridge well and serve warm.
