Sprouted Ragi Powder is a very healthy millet flour which can be used to make many dishes. Ragi porridge may be the first semi-solid food for babies when they are 4-5 months old. How to use

Add 2 tablespoon of Sprouted Ragi Powder to 1 cup of water and mix without lumps. Cook the mixture on a medium flame for at least 5-8 minutes, until the porridge thickens. Any pureed fruit can be added for sweetness. Serve warm.
