Neem leaf is famous in ayurvedic texts for having an almost magical effect on the skin. It works as an antifungal, antiseptic, and anti-inflammatory agent. It is effective in treating eczema, ringworm and acne.
 
How to Use
For acne:  Boil some neem powder in water. Once the water turns greenish switch off the gas and strain it. Store this toner in a spray bottle and keep spraying 2 to 3 times a days, mainly before going to bed. This will help clear your face and keep it free from bacteria.
Face mask:  Mix lemon, yogurt and Neem powder.  Apply thin paste to reduce sun tanning, 
Skin toner for acne and blemishes:  Make a paste using Neem powder and rose water.  Apply a thin paste and leave it for 15 min and .wash it off.
For dry facial skin: Mix some neem powder with pure almond oil and apply on the dry skin. Let it dry for 15 minutes. Wash after that. 
For boils and prickly heat:  While bathing, add 1 teaspoonful of neem powder to the bath water. This will make enrich the bath water with properties like anti-fungal and antiseptic. Thus when you bathe with this water, it will cure the prickly heat, boils on the body and skin allergies.
For Dandruff: Take 4 teaspoonful of neem and make a paste with water. Make the paste slightly runny and add 1 teaspoonful of almond oil so that there is conditioning of the scalp at the same time. Apply this paste to the scalp and leave for 60 minutes. Wash the hair after that. Try this once in a week to get relief from dandruff quickly.
For lice:  Lice can be problematic for men, women and even small kids. Make a paste of neem powder with water and evenly apply on the scalp for one hour. Wash after that. Within 2-3 usages this treatment will help to kill the lice.
For thinning hair:  Take 1 teaspoonful of neem powder. Mix with 4 teaspoonful of coconut oil and apply with light touch to the scalp. Do not rub too much. This will help to induce natural hair growth and relieves hair thinning.
