Description
Adathodai or Adhatoda vasica is a well-known plant in Ayurvedic, Siddha and Unani medicine. It has been used for the treatment of various diseases and disorders, particularly for respiratory tract ailments. The plant is used extensively in the treatment of asthma, breathlessness, cough, bronchitis and tuberculosis, joint pain, lumbar pain, sprains, eczema, malaria, rheumatism, swelling, as an anti–hyperglycemic, anti–diarrheal and anti–convulsant.

How to Use
Mix 1/2 teaspoon (2-3 g) of Adathodai powder in a glass of water and drink or boil 5 grams of powder in 200 ml of water, filter and take or take as advised by a doctor.
